Bank Associates Merchant Services is fantastic. So far we are saving at least $1000.00 per month and we couldn't be happier. Our service **** *********************** is a real pleasure to work with. She is giving us great service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest merchant service provider.

Anytime you make a move from one credit card processor to another you cannot help getting a little Anxious. You wonder if this new company is going to live up to any of our expectations? We had two concerns about coming to BAMS for credit card processing:1) Would the savings be as great as promised?2) Would the transition be smooth?In both cases, BAMS delivered. Our credit card processing fees are more than 2% lower than our old processor's fees. That *** not sound like much but 2% on $100,000 in sales means $2,000 more for our firm. I was using a credit card processor for a few years which then suddenly limited my processing abilities which in turn limited my ability to take payments. I was referred to BAMS by a customer of mine and the change has been nothing short of great. ****** is super easy to work with as well as knowledgable of what works best for our company. When I was first approached by ****** with **** about moving our merchant services to them, I have to admit I was skeptical. With that as a the backdrop, ****** stepped up and was with me through the entire process, making it the best experience of this kind I can recall in my 30 years as a business professional. Bams, you got a resource you need to hold onto. In this crazy world in which we live, ****** is a bright light. She is very professional, explained the program very well and walked us through our first statement with relative ease. She is very friendly and knowledgable in her job. Working with Ashley and BMAS has been transformational. My pervious processing solutions were almost 100% hands off with no support or understanding of my business. Ashley took the time to understand my business, customers and processing needs. She provided insight into what would work best for my customers and me. She walked me through the setup and implementation, and assisted with the regulatory requirements for PPI, etc., which saved me hours trying to do it alone. On top of everything, I’m saving money!

OVER THE TOP!!! Ashley M**** was terrific start to finish. Walked me through what I was paying, the advantage of change to BAM and the process. After the conversion was complete she took me through a bill review to demonstrate that what she said would happen, happened. Friendly, nice, available to answer questions and super knowlegable. What more could you ask.

My experiance with BAMS Ashley called me and asked to see our processer reports I pulled those up and emailed them to her. She does the work in comparing and telling you how much you can save. Once I heard how much we were spending compared to BAMS I'd be foolish not to put in the work and make this change for the company.
