I had a really bad experience with this office specially with yousef deaaja he’s not professional at all and he over charge me. It's the worst service I ever had and Iam so disappointed

The customer service is very bad and not helpful at all. I don’t recommend this place
You call them and they leave you on hold for 45 minutes. Then when they finally answer they tell you a travel agent will call you back after 2 hours. They make you feel like you are waiting to talk to Joe Biden. The travel agency is so tired and takes so long that even the immigration office is faster than them.
