Really, there is no credibility. I dealt a lot with them and I did not find credibility at all. Yesterday, I bought a ticket at a price of 1220 US dollars, after confirming the reservation, 1250 dollars were deducted from me, which means that I deducted 30 dollars more, as well. At the same time, I bought another ticket from another company on the same flight at a price of 1100 dollars. I had a really bad experience with this office specially with yousef deaaja he’s not professional at all and he over charge me. It's the worst service I ever had and Iam so disappointed

RecommendedYou call them and they leave you on hold for 45 minutes. Then when they finally answer they tell you a travel agent will call you back after 2 hours. They make you feel like you are waiting to talk to Joe Biden. The travel agency is so tired and takes so long that even the immigration office is faster than them.
