Try to call them 3 times ,, and they keep telling me will call you back ,, and still waiting ..
I’m sorry to say that. But they used to be the best now there prices unbelievable. I can’t get good deals anymore. They always higher than anybody else.

just now About a month ago I was looking to purchase tickets at an agency or online in general and one of my customers at my workplace suggested I use Barakeh Travel. I filled out everything online and then made a follow up call to the agency after I didn’t get confirmation of my flight. Turns out I wasn’t sent the documents to e-sign. Ok fine no problem. The problem is that I went to my flight yesterday got there at 4:30 pm out of my control I’m in a different country with no way to contact agency and my flight is at 5:50pm... read more
Fake pricing if not fraudulant...don't recommend dealing with them!
Bad costumer service, i called the office and after waiting 5min on hold they said they don't have any information about the deal if u don't have information who will have it then !!!!!!

The people who answers the phones are not travel agents. Thus they had no travel knowledge. They are only receptions who manage our phone calls.
