Barb was very involved in the whole process of selling our home. She was very detailed orientated and helped us every step of the way. Because of her guidance, we had muliple offers! It was a pleasure to work with Barbara Bodnar, she was always there for my brother and myself. A true professional. She called every time the house had an offer and when people needs entry into the house. Whenever I had a question (which there were many she always answered them with a lot of knowledge. She made it easy to meet in different places when paperwork needed to be signed.

Barbara is a consummate professional realtor. In every way, she brings helpful attention to details that make the process of selling easier. Barbara has assisted me as the president of a condominium that took over a unit in foreclosure. She led us to successful tenants for a couple of years and most recently, when the condominium decided to sell the unit, she was right there giving us full attention.
