Barb is the consummate professional and easy to connect with on a personal level. We appreciated her down-to-earth business style that served us very well in negotiations and discussions with sellers. She has a high level of confidence when negotiating and will ask any question necessary to accomplish tasks. Barbara helped my wife and i find a house in Westchester NY. She was very patient as we looked at over 50 houses in about a years time. We finally put an offer on a foreclosure that was accepted and that ended up taking about 6 months. I can truly say that without Barbara, we would not have gotten the house. Barbara is a great real estate agent. She just helped us with our 8th real estate transaction and she made it seamless. She is always there the minute you say you want to see a house and she comes fully prepared with all of the details. She also contacts you when she thinks there is something you should see.
