We bought a house in Cortlandt Manor. We closed at the end of July, Barbara was there with us, as she had been before, by our side, many times. There is not enough space on this review to describe Barbara's dedication, professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, patience and education, but I am sure that once you get to know her, you will feel the same way. I feel lucky that Barbara was my agent, and I am confident that if you decide to let her help you with your future Real Estate plans, you will not be disappointed!

Barbara is an extremely knowledgeable real estate agent. She provides excellent advice in preparation for sale of one's property. For example, she may suggest one needs to paint or a simple rearrangement of furniture, which aesthetically, adds to an impressive look for individuals viewing various different properties. Barbara is one of those few individuals that cares more about you getting the right home than getting a commission. My wife and I must have seen over 20 houses with Barbara until we found the right one. She even saved us from making a mistake on a house that in hindsight would not have been right for us.
