This was our third refi with Mandy and we were underwhelmed. Mandy has an expertise in the industry to share, but we had issues each loan experience that could have been avoided. We set “up front “expectations with Mandy that were not met involving communication. This go around, in particular, had a very impersonal feeling to it with digital messages and lack of human interaction.
