After a year or so of waxing, I thought I'd see what sugaring is all about. It definitely hurts less and leaves less bumps! The staff here is always friendly and pleasant and I feel pretty comfortable coming regularly. One thing that can be disappointing is that the prices are pretty steep and I have never seen a deal, coupon, or promotion. After being a loyal customer you'd think you'd get SOMETHING every once and a while. I'd also have to say that they almost never go down far enough for a bikini. They are great at spray tanning too. Kaitlin and Liz are the best!! It fades perfectly and looks super natural.

Loved the staff, service, and ease of scheduling. It is a little pricey but it's well worth it for clean facilities that make you feel very comfortable!

Just wanted to let everyone know I'm still a regular here - and that both Kaitlin and Katie are absolutely fabulous! They're very professional - which is good - because believe me, if you're going for the "LA Bikini" you'll have no secrets ;). I appreciate the conversation, the music, the whole experience is fantastic. I could ALMOST forget I was having the hair ripped from a very delicate place ... ALMOST ;)

That's right. I am a thirty-six year old man that gets his back waxed. The fight to keep my hair from creeping from my head to my body began to overwhelm me. Razors couldn't keep up. I was getting hair in places I couldn't reach and my wife was definitely NOT into shaving my back. Enter Katie. She is courteous and professional. She does a good job and keeps a slightly overweight man who is out of his element from feeling anxious. They do body sugaring and it works for about 4 weeks. Went here for a touch up on my bikini area and left with popped blood vessels along my bikini line. The staff was super friendly but the sugarists need a lot more training. There was no pattern to the removal and she was so rough I literally have bruises and popped blood vessels. There was also no sanitary paper on the table. Again, very friendly environment but they need proper training on removal techniques. I was also never asked if I was okay with the oils and sprays they used or told what they were.
