I called last evening and spoke with Emma.. had to repeat my email 4 times.. then I spelled it out.. asked that she not put my credit card on file.. said it was secure in the computer.. I disagreed.. they asked me to fill out paperwork, which I did via the email I received this am...called to confirm my appointment for two days away, Emma could not find it, kept looking on the wrong date.. finally tried to make one for the original time.. I just did not enjoy the experience. From the beginning everybody was cut and dry. And my technician who actually performed my bikini wax never left the room. I asked her if she was about to step out of the room she told me no. And I just thought that was ridiculous. I actually wanted to turn around and leave right then but I really needed the service as I was going on vacation. Even at your gynecologist, the doctor steps out of the room while you get undressed for a sense of privacy. And She certainly did not leave the room... read more

I've been there 3 times and with the same girl doing the sugaring. The first time was great. The last two times were not so great. And my last appointment on Aug.9, she missed a LOT of hair that I had to pluck at home. Spent about 15 minutes on me and said she was done. She was a very nice girl and so I did not want to mention her name here. But the kicker was when I came to the front desk to pay, she was standing right next to the receptionist when the receptionist asked me if I wanted to add a 20% gratuity! READ MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING!!!!! I happily signed up for the savvy girl membership on my first visit! I was very happy with the booking process, the service, and I was new to sugaring but my experience was a 10 UNTIL I needed to reschedule or cancel my appointment which was the same day. Ok fine I had to pay a cancellation fee but when I asked how to I cancel my entire policy if I wanted to how would I?? Arrived at my appt at 6:24 (it was for 6:20) and was told I could not be seen. I was there for a lip sugaring which literally takes less than 3 minutes in total from walking back, lying on the table, doing the procedure and walking to the front. I am highly disappointed. Why make appts so close together as to not give some leniency in at least a 5 minute window? Your business is on a highly traveled road where there are accidents all the time that cause traffic issues. I have been going here for years and will honestly never... read more

Definitely would not recommend it for many reasons! Rude and unhelpful staff. They also charged my card at random forcing me to have to get a new debit card. They wouldn't take any responsibility and rarely answer their phone. Not helpful and truly not worth your money! Go elsewhere for spray tans and waxing - trust me!

I booked an appointment a week out and the day before the manager called me while I was at work, she demanded my credit card info to be on file or she would cancel my appointment. I told her I would call her after work and she wouldn't let up and kept threatening to cancel my appointment! I had never been there before and was unaware of their cancellation policy or that the person who booked me failed to collect my info. I got my eyebrows ruined today. I asked for the lady to shape them the same and she butchered my beautiful bushy eyebrows. While also doing sugaring wrong and burnt under my brow. So now they are very thin and very painful!!! I hate this place!!

1. The staff is incredibly rude. 2. The location is not the cleanest, there is dirt on the floor and molding in areas coming apart. 3. There is no privacy as your services are performed behind a sheet. 4. I was signed up for a membership without it being explained to me that the membership would cost $70 a month. I have now spent over $300 for 1 procedure. I tried to correct with the staff and I was met with a rude and condescending "manager".
