Was originally a member at the mountain brook location since last August. Throughout my tenure with la bikini, I can say I have never had a positive experience when booking an appointment or arriving at the salon. I have been to both the Hoover and the Mountain Brook locations and the customer service across the board has been the most negative encounter I have ever dealt with any business. This place is a total rip off with high staff turn over. Do not buy their packages - they will take away your waxes for any reason so it actually costs more money than pay as you go.
