Loved everything and the installer was polite friendly and professional..he did a terrific job..the only thing I didn't like was our credit card information being so easily attainable on his work order..in today's society that should be handled in a more secure manner..but otherwise I would recommend them .

Had 2 bathrooms done! They are gorgeous and done as promised! I’m beyond thrilled with the whole experience. My only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago. Clean up and workmanship is incredible. I had received many quotes and was extremely disappointed that other companies were trying to be sneaky by not pulling the necessary permits and using sub contractors. Thank you Bath Fitter!

WOW! Thanks. It's so beautiful at a third less the cost. The entire days work went smoothly. Brian, the installer explained everything in layman's terms. There was little debris so the cleanup was quick and thorough. I would recommend Bath Fitters to any home owner. The affordability made the update of my bathroom, money well spent!

I have been a Bath Fitter customer for 14 years. I now have 4 bathrooms installed by Bath Fitter in 3 different properties I own. I just recently had two more installed (in January 2020) and every time is truly exceptional. I love their one piece seamless wall and their lifetime warranty as the warranty even covers the caulk. I also like the fact that they do not use sub-contractors to do their installations. Great product if you want to get your shower remodeled in a day. Everyone was very professional. The job was well done, cleaned up after themselves and the new shower, fixtures and door look great and are very easy to clean.

This should have been a one day job but the installer cut too far into the floor joist which caused a delay of about a month. Once the issue was resolved the installation went smoothly and it looks beautiful. The rating might have been better if the salesman hadn’t led me to believe that the edge of the tub was flat and the material was less shiny. So I am a bit disappointed in that. But I guess in the end I am happy with the outcome. It’s either that or live unhappily ever after. I chose to be happy.

We had a tub to shower conversion done, the base tub was to small and the wall panels were to short. The installer gave us a option to install a flat panel bottom we agreed to his suggestion because we had no other chose because the tub was already removed and since we have only one bathroom. We left a complain and they came back that they would do it al over again, with a bigger base tub and new walls (stuff that was what we ordered ) so we declined we did not wanted to go through it again we are just going to see how it ho... read more
