The entire experience with Bath fitters was excellent. We had a glitch because of our water heating system - had it fixed and Bath Fitters adjusted their schedule so that we had no delay in getting our new bathroom! The quality if great, it looks great and my handicapped husband loves the new arrangement. Steve H****** bent over backwards to be sure everything was perfect! This is the second house we have had Bath Fitter do a bathroom. We are return customers because we were so please with the first job, done about 10 years ago. For the first project, I haves also used their lifetime warranty, years after the original install. This time was no different. The workers were efficient and courteous, and very careful to keep everything clean during the work and after the job was done. They removed a jetted tub and installed a step in shower.
