Very professional install the shower looks amazing. All new plumbing I would recommend bath Fitters to any with an old cast iron tube that does not want to bust it out.
From the sales call to the finished job, it was professionally executed. The sales call was not high-pressured. Jeff Nelson came back a second time because I had additional questions that I forgot to address. I was worried that my 90-year-old tile which abutted up to the walk-in would be damaged when the installer removed the existing surround. Jeff FaceTimed the installer who told me he would figure it out a way to preserve the tile. The other two companies I contacted told me there would be damage to the adjacent tiles. A ... read more

Loved everything and the installer was polite friendly and professional..he did a terrific job..the only thing I didn't like was our credit card information being so easily attainable on his work order..in today's society that should be handled in a more secure manner..but otherwise I would recommend them .
Had 2 bathrooms done! They are gorgeous and done as promised! I’m beyond thrilled with the whole experience. My only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago. Clean up and workmanship is incredible. I had received many quotes and was extremely disappointed that other companies were trying to be sneaky by not pulling the necessary permits and using sub contractors. Thank you Bath Fitter!
WOW! Thanks. It's so beautiful at a third less the cost. The entire days work went smoothly. Brian, the installer explained everything in layman's terms. There was little debris so the cleanup was quick and thorough. I would recommend Bath Fitters to any home owner. The affordability made the update of my bathroom, money well spent!
I have been a Bath Fitter customer for 14 years. I now have 4 bathrooms installed by Bath Fitter in 3 different properties I own. I just recently had two more installed (in January 2020) and every time is truly exceptional. I love their one piece seamless wall and their lifetime warranty as the warranty even covers the caulk.
