The plumber was the best I have worked with ever, He was on time, efficient and also solved a different problem I had. The next day the person who put in my tub and shower was also on time, professional, informative and worked extremely hard. I was extremely satisfied and It improved the look of that area greatly.
Provided great service and a beautiful tub and shower. Did not cover, put in all new. Highly recommend!
From the estimate/quote to the install to the post-install service, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Bath Fitter. Every person I had contact with was friendly and professional. My walk-in shower was completed in 10 hours. The installer was meticulous with the finished project and clean-up. Response and resolution to a post-install question/issue was immediate. i would highly recommend Bath Fitter.
Very professional install the shower looks amazing. All new plumbing I would recommend bath Fitters to any with an old cast iron tube that does not want to bust it out.
From the sales call to the finished job, it was professionally executed. The sales call was not high-pressured. Jeff Nelson came back a second time because I had additional questions that I forgot to address. I was worried that my 90-year-old tile which abutted up to the walk-in would be damaged when the installer removed the existing surround. Jeff FaceTimed the installer who told me he would figure it out a way to preserve the tile. The other two companies I contacted told me there would be damage to the adjacent tiles. A ... read more

From start to finish everything went well. Very happy with shower . Steve was great and explained everything . Wish I did this earlier.
Great product .. easy, quick install. My bathroom looks fantastic. I’m sure I’ll be using them for next upgrade.
Loved everything and the installer was polite friendly and professional..he did a terrific job..the only thing I didn't like was our credit card information being so easily attainable on his work order..in today's society that should be handled in a more secure manner..but otherwise I would recommend them .
