We had an unusual size shower base with old tile and hardware. They came out and measured, gave us a price and set an appointment about 10 day later. Plumber arrived 15 minutes early (which was great) and got on the task. Was finished in about 45 minutes. The shower Uninstaller/Installer showed up about 20 minutes later and was finished in about 4.5 hours. The entire project was finished in about 5 hours and we were able to use our new shower in 24 hours. It looks Awesome and works Great!
The whole project (installing a walk in shower to replace a tub/shower) was outstanding. The two individuals that worked on the project one a plumber and the other the shower installer were very professional and friendly and certainly knew what they were doing. They got the job done in one day and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. I am quite impressed with Bath Fitter.

The installer was polite,courteous and very hard working. In fact he was working by himself! Got the install and clean up done in one day. We are very, very pleased. Excellent work and we would recommend Bath Fitter without hesitation. The salesman, Joe Stegeman was terrific. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Answered any and all questions we had.

What a great experience, which is truly unusual in these times of all fluff and less service. First, the salesman, Joe Stegeman, was excellent. He was prepared, courteous, seemed to understand right away what we wanted and stepped us through the process. The fact that he could also schedule the installation right there at our dining room table surprised and impressed me.
