We are very pleased. The installer was excellent as well as the salesman. So pleased we will have the other restroom updated

The plumber Brian and installer Ian both answered all my questions. They asked me how I wanted the wall liner installed and did as I asked.
From the sales to the installers all professional. Done on time as promised.
Fast professional install, competent and customer friendly employees. Had one small issue and they came out within 24 hours and resolved the issue. A literal five minute fix but handled with cheerfulness and competence even though a regular plumber/installer would have found the repair barely worth their time. I would hire them again in a minute.
I love my new shower. It is so much easier for me. No slipping!
They did a really good job replacing a bathtub with a walk-in shower. There were a few complications with the drain but everything looks great.
I did consider them a bit expensive but the work that was done was awesome! Very professional and efficient. The workman took out my bathtub and put in a shower for me in one day! Thank you Bath Fitters!
