What a great experience, which is truly unusual in these times of all fluff and less service. First, the salesman, Joe Stegeman, was excellent. He was prepared, courteous, seemed to understand right away what we wanted and stepped us through the process. The fact that he could also schedule the installation right there at our dining room table surprised and impressed me. we love the new shower. install guys were great! it was installed in one day and everything was done as we were told it would be.
Good but a little high but looks great and one day service. Clean up before they left taking all the old shower with them
The installers went above and beyond expectations, hats off to Ian our installer
Mike, the man that installed the shower did an outstanding job. Called about 1 hour before arriving. Worked continuously until completed. Cleaned up afterwards. Gave me instructions on waiting 24 hrs before using the shower, cleaning instructions and what NOT to use. So far very satisfied with Bath Fitter and their crew. I would recommend. Thank you!
The work was actually completed within a work day. The installers were professional and asked my approval before certain decision were made.
