Very efficient and professional installation. Shower extremely good quality. However, we have an issue with mold/mildew and a manager was to call back. They have not. Customer service is VERY lacking after installation.

Filed a complaint with the better business bureau couple days ago. Today the part of the company that was involved in the complaint reached out and the problem has been settled.

Initial consultation was with *****. He was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. He expertly explained my current shower setup and helped design a wonderful redesign. Was very thorough in explaining their products and design, how the install process would work, went over everything step by step while still maintaining my budget. Can't wait for my install.

****** came by to talk through my very difficult bathroom and walked me through the Bath Planet process. She was very attentive and diligent while paying special attention to my family's needs and how the bathroom would be used. Based on her thoroughness and attention to detail, I'm pretty confident about my upcoming project with them. I will update once completed.

I contacted Bath Planet about a bathroom remodel. The designer, ******, arrived right on time and immediately made us comfortable. She answered our questions patiently. She gave us very good insights into the colors and the materials that go into bathrooms that made it easy for us to envision what we wanted.
