My whole experience with bath planet and *********************** and *********************** was very pleasant and non stressful no pushy sales pitches they took there time with me not understanding certain details I'm totally happy with the outcome thanks bath planet.

We had a Bath Planet estimate set up for 11am, our Sales Rep. ****** was on time and proceeded to tell us about **** Planet in general, the process, the quality, and helped us in the final design process leading to a quote for our shower conversion. We love our new shower - a beautiful upgrade from the 1960's tile-lined shower we used to have. No more worries about moisture getting behind the crumbly grout and glass doors that slide smoothly! I also love that we now have sturdy grab bars and corner shelves for toiletries. The day of installation was easy. It took the crew just one day to do the destruction of the old tile and walls and recreate new walls with the shiny marble-style overlay. We wanted our old and outdated bathtub and shower area updated with a standing shower stall with glass sliding doors. We requested information via an Instagram link and Bath Planet reached out. We set an appt with their rep and he came to our house a week later. His name is **** and he was great. He walked us through the whole process of construction, selecting fixtures, payment options and timelines. To be honest, and this comes from my wife, the gentlemen were very courteous and quick, less than a day and it looks beautiful but the base is a little more slick than we were led to believe so we will still use a bathmat and the caulking was pretty much invisible at the start but has yellowed since the install which I can live with as long as it holds the seal for water as they claim it will for the warranty duration

We are so happy with our new shower! They did everything within the time limit and cleaned up very well. I would definitely use them again and also refer them to my friends.

Our in home consultation went great. I feel like they went above and beyond with getting us through the process. When the install happened it was a lot smoother than I expected and it didnt take as long as I thought it would take. The clean up was perfect.

I put this on ****** "average cost to remodel a bathroom" and nothing else. The form asked for my info with my email my location etc. as to give me info according to locations. I did not ask for an estimate or a call back. I simply put that on ******. Usually ****** gives an answer. As soon as I hung up, my phone rang with a solicitation from Bath Plantet of Chicago.
