I often use the Watson branch of Baton Rouge Telco for Shared Branching transactions. The service I receive is consistently outstanding, fast, and friendly. On January 22nd, Kayla made an even larger impression on me. Kayla brought to my attention my check was one cent less than my scheduled loan payment and she did not want me to receive a late fee of one cent. Wow! Such excellent member service!!!
