Good Afternoon! I called today to inquire about IRA Rates and switching my checking account from Elite to Premier. I spoke with a nice lady by the name Cassie. Cassie was very professional, Patience, knowledgeable and assisted me with all of my questions and concerns. I truly appreciated her awesome customer service.
