Order temp checks and checks via mail... The girl wrote down several different account numbers... Went to call the facility and now you can't speak to anybody at the physical location of the bank. So because of her mess up, I have to take time out of my day to go there. Kudos 😒
Aaron Wright went above and beyond to help me out today with an issue I had. She was very nice and willing to do whatever it took to get me set up. I really appreciated her help with everything.
The customer service at BRTCU has been exceptional since I joined. I never wait long for assistance when I do have to go inside, and the tellers are always so helpful. I never wait long at the window either. I also love the texting with a CSR option as well. I love how easy it is to deposit money at the ATM also. If you're in search of a banking home definitely give Baton Rouge Telco a try! They also celebrate their customers. I won a $100 Amazon gift card last Summer for customer appreciation!
