The young lady that just solved my problem was excellent I spoke with three previous individuals not help what so ever and one of the youngmen put me on hold for 11/2 hours and never came back to the phone
Ariel was wonderful at listening, empathizing and responding to my concerns. She referred my issues for further consideration, and she effectively managed my other matters. I would like BRTELCO to review the efficiency of the app for “realtime” access. The Pay Button and field should reflect any payment made under the Balance Due field: If the balance is zero and I pay $300, then the Balance Due Field should indicate a negative $300 due (-$300). In every other respect, I am pleased with BRTELCO.
