I was opening a special (entity type) account. It was a process with lots of rules, regulations, and Telco Credit Union policies, etc. I did not quite understand or agree with all the policies. It seemed like a lot of red tape and a few things needed a Manager’s approval. Being honest, at one point I felt like forget it, I can take my business somewhere else.
