The banker that assisted me today was extremely helpful! Not only was she knowledgeable about my issue, she resolved it quickly and efficiently. When the person who needed to check on something was out of the office, she contacted a supervisor and the problem was resolved today! Upon thanking her for her help I asked about office hours with the upcoming holiday. She politely gave them.
