Our experience with Dr. Jong and the entire staff were incredible! Dr. Jong didn’t rush me on the questions I had and really took the time to help us! We are a cat rescue, Forgotten Pet and Wildlife Rescue. We were looking for a team as dedicated, knowledgeable, caring, and passionate as this office was! They were quick to respond and help when our little guy wasn’t doing well!

Dr. Janney is wonderful. My pets have been cared for by several doctors over the past 14 years that we have been going there. We moved further away and it is now a bit of a drive. We still go there♥️♥️♥️

We've been frequenting Bay Glen Animal Hospital - specifically, to see Dr. Janney, for years now. He first treated Shooki, our FIV+ stray-turned-indoor-cat, easing his symptoms when he couldn't fight off the random cold. 😀I came in with my 3 yr old french bulldog that was very sick and in pain. They took me in immediately, assessed her and identified her issue. Unfortunately, the diagnosis wasn't good, but at least I know what the issue is and what is needed to make the remainder of her life positive. With the exam, x-rays, testing, medication, etc. the expense was very reasonable.
