I took my pug, Shelby to Bay Glenn last week, Dr. Trevino and the staff were so compassionate and caring. Sadly, my poor baby was sicker than we realized and had to be put to sleep. Dr. Trevino took his time explaining the process and helped our family make the painful decision to let Shelby cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. Trevino your love and dedication of animals is truly amazing, you a blessing!

We cannot say enough wonderful Things about the doctors and staff at Bay Glen Veterinary Hospital. Our beloved Bernie became very sick and our previous vet totally misdiagnosed him, even saying that and X-ray was normal when there was clearly a mass. The vets at VCA emergency room referred us to Bay Glen. It turned out that we had to put Bernie to sleep which was devastating to our family. The doctors and staff were in tears along with us and even called to check how we and our other pets were doing.
Percy, Brian and I all love Dr. Roberto Trevino! He's so knowledgeable and caring. He never makes us feel as if he is rushing through our appointment. He is truly a blessing in our lives.
We have seen Dr. Trevino since moving to Houston in 2012. At the time we had 5 dogs and 2 cats. His heartfelt care and great manner with our pets has been a blessing. When our older dogs (Parker and Patsy) passed, his compassion and emotional support was so heartfelt in this sad time. Their contributions to A&M Veterinary School in their memory was an example of the caring and understanding of the importance of our family (us, doggies and kitties).
