RecommendedI just have to say everyone here is wonderful, from the support staff to the technicians, to the drs. We had a rocky road to become pet owners, and everyone at Bay Glen was so caring and supportive. We especially love Dr Trevino and HIGHLY recommend him if you have smaller children. He is amazing and talks about the pet care with the kids not at the kids. He really engages them and guides them (the kids) to be responsible pet owners. We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Janney for thirty years. He saved our sweet dog, when most vets would have given up. He is kind and gracious and so personable. I highly recommend d him.
We are so happy to have great care for Lola our standard poodle puppy, Dr. Janney has been seeing her since she got her first puppy shots! She had excellent care when she was neutered with no complications at all, I would recommend to all!
The care your pet receives at Bay Glen is the best you’ll find anywhere. All the members of this amazing “family” love my animals as much as I do. The front desk, groomer, kennel technicians veterinary technicians and doctors know me and my pets by name, they remember those who have passed and they do everything in their power to give the best of themselves to all who go there. We saw Dr. Jong this morning and she was very nice and informative about vaccines and what to expect after (since Puppy is sensitive). We discussed behavior issues (she’s a counter surfer) and how to approach the issue. I loved that her technician was very calm when getting her vitals and she was also very kind. Puppy enjoyed all the treats and all the kisses she got to steal from y’all. See y’all seen for her Flu booster!
