I recently purchased a Nissan Murano SV from Empire Nissan and was extremely happy with the salesman David Rivera. He was excellent at giving me all the information I needed, plus follow up by calling me and checking how everything was. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction. He really made the purchase experience smooth. Empire Nissan of bayridge serviced my vehicle a few days ago. The dealership changed to new management. I have been with this dealership for over two decades serving my vehicles, understandably they did not accept my accumulated service points as bayridge Nissan did; which was a little upsetting after all this time to be told those service points didn’t exist anymore. David’s service was exceptional. Courteous, respectful, mindful and caring! He was personable and attentive! He saw that o was with my children and was so patient. He walked me through the options I had and made me feel important and promoted that feeling. I highly recommend David and empire Nissan , as the entire staff and environment was welcoming.
