Joseph Randazzo and David Rivera Jr were amazing! Best experience I’ve ever had and super stress free. It was Seamless from Start to finish!!! I will definitely be doing future business with them again and I HIGHLY recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Walked into Empire Nissan Bay Ridge and from my entrance to leaving the experience was the best I’ve had getting a car! David handled the whole transaction and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and helpful sales person! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He made the process so easy from start to finish. The most stress free car buying experience I’ve had!

From the moment I called Empire Bay Ridge Nissan & spoke with my salesperson Cory Arrington I was treated with transparency and honesty. That’s what made me leave Staten Island and come over the Verrazano bridge to buy my new 2023 Nissan SR Altima. While I was at the dealership with my family, we were treated like family! We left the same day with my brand, new car and couldn’t be happier with the entire transaction! We will certainly be back to buy another vehicle from Empire Bay Ridge Nissan.

Victor is a great service manager, but the oil change is too expensive im going elsewhere. I want to see the Nissan points and breakfast come back.
My experience was great. Mr. Rivera was professional, attentive to my needs, also expectations within a car, and met all my needs. Thumbs up to Mr. Rivera as a sales person.

I have been using this dealership for over 20 years. Service is fare and comparable. I did maintenance service on my vehicle and a few other services to maintain my vehicles. Service advisors explains vehicle issues clearly. On my last visit 1/25/34, Service advisor Victor Paredes was very professional and explained all service needs on my vehicle and when it should be taken care of thank you for your service advise.
