1 year at first apartment This is my full experience living here for all of 2021 as my first apartment. I'll relay the good and the constructive criticisms. Keep in mind this is before they renovated the entire building. The good: getting the lease was easy, the view on the 4th floor was nice with a lot of natural lighting, the space was nice enough size for me as one person as I had a studio, and the security is nice. great place to live in Lincoln Park Great location and management staff. I have lived in the building for a number of years.
Do not move here Management is unresponsive. Looks great on the outside but everything is old and run down.
