Verified Renter I would not recommended this place to anyone. Location and rent price are good, but your unit itself will have issues. Ongoing pest issues that will not be fixed correctly, thin walls in bathroom where you can hear neighbors clearly, unit having multiple issues before I even moved in, and more contribute to the bad living experience here. Small, poorly maintained, expensive, and unresponsive management Very small, poorly maintained, expensive and unresponsive management in the almost one year I’ve lived here. Nice location but really overpriced and terrible landlords.

Do not move here Management is unresponsive. Looks great on the outside but everything is old and run down.

Verified Renter DO NOT MOVE TO BEACHWALK APARTMENTS. I promise you will regret it. The entryway may look like the place has had a fresh coat of paint, but there are so many disgusting and unacceptable issues with this apartment that building management should be ashamed. Verified Renter I’ve been living at Beachwalk for 4 years now. Granted it’s a very old building so there is always work to do but with Scott as our maintenance guy, he’s been very helpful whenever I submit an inquiry or have a question. Love the location!
Basically no showed my tour Waited 25 minutes in the cold past my scheduled showing time and had to call twice before I was greeted. Then I was told the unit I was supposed to tour wasn’t actually available and the only ones left were more expensive. I would avoid wasting your time with this company.

Verified Renter Yeah this complex needs help. One people keep stealing packages and with cameras being in place that should not be happening. Also my experience with maintenance has been ok. Some request are done perfectly, but most or not done correctly and takes to long to complete a request. This could be a very good place to live, but there has to be more order for it to be way better than it is now.
Awful! This place is awful! The elevator hasn't worked in well over a year, I've had many packages that were stolen, the remodels are poorly done, people constantly park in your assigned parking spot that cost $200 a month, and my laundry was stolen out of the dryer! I sent an email to management and asked what they're going to do to prevent stolen packages/laundry with no response.
