Verified Renter One star and zero if I could. Beachwalk does a really great job at saying the exact right thing to keep you consoled and doing the absolute bare minimum. The lobby updates etc. look nice, but overall the building is still in poor condition and things don't work properly (elevators out, breakers always need flipped, laundry works properly about 50% of the time). Unfortunately not a good experience here at all.

Verified Renter The location of the apartment is great. There isn't any noise from fellow neighbors so that's good too. When I moved in there were some problems that needed to be fixed. One of the outlets is dead and that makes it hard because there's only two outlets in the apartment. The sink isn't tight so its hard to wash dishes and the handle is very loose. There is a major ant/cockroach problem that I have to constantly worry about and that just makes the overall stay at this apartment terrible.
