No a bad experience it's just that something was going on with my car that should have been taken care of early but waited until my warranty expired to address the issue.

It was great professional service from start to finish.
I had made an appointment prior and got there just in time for my selected time. When I got there, there was a sign that read people should stay in their cars until they are greeted by someone. So, I waited patiently in my car. I noticed that there were about 8-9 other cars around mine but since I had an appointment and gotten there before most of those cars, I was not worried.
