I went to the other Toyota Dealership in area, where car was purchased, to have my new 2026 serviced, but after that experience I came back to Beaman whose service I have been so very pleased with! Beaman is 1st class operation, videos and takes photos of car and work throughout, fantastic for scheduling options according to what works the customer! The Service Advisor, Mr. Alex East was knowledgeable about servicing vehicle ((2009 Rav4). I was impressed with his knowledge, some of the newer advisors are not. Personable, professional and kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle.
