The guy that helped me was awesome. However, at Murfreesboro Toyota they wash your car and I didn't get that at Beaman. Disappointed, that's the reason I go to Toyota. I can get an oil change anywhere.

Talking with one of the sales managers was promises a call when a certain truck came in, never received a call. Bought a truck from Murfreesboro Toyota, they promised to call when the same model truck came in and they DID call. They talked the talk and walked the walk.
