the service was excellent and the advisor was great
My experience was a pleasant one. We didn't have a scheduled appointment, but they got to us in a short period of time.
I was welcomed and seen right away. The problem that I originally came in for seems to have corrected itself, but Alexis did triple check to make everything was okay. He also replaced a hubcap center piece temporarily until the original one comes in. Thank you!
Quick service. In and out promptly. No issues. Very happy with the service and communication before, during and after.
Overall the service was good but I specially asked about tire pressure during transition periods cold to warm and warm to cold. I asked of this was a tire leak they said no they rotated the tire. It the day was cooler and my inspection of tire status indicated they didn't check tire pressure before ending the service. I brought this to the dealers attention. I might use them again. Not sure.
