I really like the Beaman Service Department. They do good work and with an appointment you are in and out in no time. They also have a spacious waiting area with comfortable seats. There is also a work area if you want to use it.
Kristen did a great job guiding me through my service, showing me the recommendations but not pressuring me into picking all or any of them. I really appreciate that. There's nothing I just like more than a ggressive sales pitch. Took a little longer than I thought it would as I booked for the first appointment I put on Saturday morning, however with the Starbucks coffee maker and comfortable seating, I was able to do some work and catch up on emails.
I always have the most pleasant experience! The staff is least so helpful and the work is always one very quickly and never had an issue !

Customer rep was very nice, however, they were supposed to give my vehicle a complimentary wash, it was even noted on the service report as done, but when I went out to the lot to pick it up, it had not been washed. Since I had been there for 2 hours already for a simple service check, no oil change, I just left.

Excellent service. Service manager, Corky, was available for a phone consultation to help me decide whether to drive in or tow. Diagnostic was accurate, the work was timely, the estimate was what I was charged, and the car is running great. In addition their free shuttle service was helpful, much appreciated not having to use a rideshare service.
