William kept me informed throughout the repair. It was suggested that I purchase new wiper blades which I did. I had an oil change with filter change and tire rotation. It was also suggested that I consider a cabin filter but I reminded him that I had that done at my last visit 6 months ago so he agreed it was not needed at this time.
