I had a late afternoon appointment, and found a lot of customers in the waiting area. I was told that services would take a bit longer and was invited into the waiting area where snacks and drinks were available. I received an update on my vehicle as I waited. My experience was a good one, although I miss Corky, who I had worked with for 17+ years. He's retired. So I have to establish a new relationship with another service person. He was pleasant so I'm off to a good start
The approach was very thorough, and I was informed of all the specific recommendations and planned services. Waiting area was comfortable.
