Outstanding!!! Service Department was great.
They explained what needed to happen to repair my car, gave me an estimate, ordered the part, called me when the part arrived when an appointment was made, the car was taken to Beaman, the repair was successfully completed and everyone was happy.

I like my consultant but don't like that Beaman has gone from providing Uber service to rental vehicles. Although the cost is minimal, $12, it is a decrease in service from my perspective. The rental process is a little awkward and the representative was not friendly. I didn't like the rental car that was provided either. I think it is awful that you have to pay 3% to use your credit card.
Service was great. Jared was great at letting me know what was going on. But they did find a problem with the radio screen. It keep going off.
