The staff was very helpful and friendly. In terms of the location, the hotel is literally next to the Union Square. Just don’t try to avoid to go to the western side from the hotel.

Waited a while to check in. Lady was on the phone and did not even greet us. She left and said be right back, we waited for another 20 mins. Didn’t even have coffee in the lobby in the morning. Shower head needs replacement. Felt like I was beaten up while taking a shower. Room and property clean enough.

Convient hotel stop off the 101 in North California. Perfect if you are travelling up/down the west coast to/from Oregon/Washington states. Large rooms. Hotel has restaurants and a casino and easy free parking.

This was a nice property overall. The staff was very nice, especially at check-in. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The in-room coffee was very good and the shower was large and good quality. The pillows, however, were terrible. If they would get better pillows the rooms would be Excellent!! It was nice that we were given a voucher for a free breakfast, but the breakfast was not good, you still had to pay for coffee and the service was slow due to understaffing the restaurant in the morning.
