The staff was very welcoming and nice to interact with. The hot tub and pool were gross though. Cloudy pool and foamy hot tub. The toilet in our room overflowed after my daughter went pee! Plumbing issue? Also, despite this being newer construction, the carpet was detached from the tack strip and showed the frayed edge and the tile work in the shower was crazy! The corner tiles weren’t connected, visible gaps! I would not call this a 3.5 star; more like 2.5.

Super friendly staff in all areas of hotel/casino! Booked & prepaid for King Room & it was not available. Room was dirty & property is noisy.
Muy bonito lugar , el personal de la recepcion no fueron amables estan enojados o cansados , pero todo los demas me gusto.

Nice quiet resort, friendly staff, clean and a beautful area. Did not understand how drapes worked so we woke up to very bright room😞

Good Afternoon Debbra,Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. Do you recall what room you were in so that we can assess the drapes? There should have been a sheer pair of curtains as well as a pair of black out curtains that had pull handles on them and then there is a third pair of curtains, the outer layer that are stationary. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and we look forward to having you as a gust again!
We really liked our room and the food. The Sunday Buffet was wonderful. It was our first time there, but we’ll be back. The one bad thing - the dirtiest coffee maker ever, with stale water in it? Why??
