Foamy jacuzzi spa needs attention.
The front desk lady was a grouch. Otherwise the casino employees were kind and the bartenders were wonderful. The beer at the casino bar was warm. The bed in our room was hard, but the pillows were decent.
This property was good. It is not a resort. It is a casino with hotel rooms and a restaurant. The hotel room walls are thin so there is noise from hallways, neighbors and plumbing above and to the sides. They kept a $25 deposit upon check-in for unknown reasons??? There is no room service or self serve bar in the room and I couldn't charge my meals to my room. The hotel/casino is newer, so it is not outdated. The furnishings, carpets and drapes were very nice. It was the nicest place we saw in are travels and it had the cheapest gas to which was nice.

I like the fact no trash in the surounding area, and no homeless people camping sleeping like up in Arcata.

Shower was not wotking properly Very low flow and shower handle was leaking Despite No smoking policy one could smell cigarets all around facility Too much noise after midnight in hallways from people getting ti their rooms after a long night of drinking and may be gambling
