Front desk person was not pleasant at check in. Parking was terrible. Restaurant for a casino was expensive!

Quick, easy and painless check in. Facility is nice, convenient gas station right across the lot for a quick fill up on the way out.

The hotel and casino staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Multiple discounts were given at check in for happy hour drinks and breakfast discounts. The prices at the River Grill Restaurant were reasonable and food was very good for both dinner and breakfast. The newer casino was very clean, well maintained, and smelled nice! Love that they have a larger non-smoking casino section with the smoking section enclosed. We will be back!
