The staff was super friendly. The pool has an adult swim time from 9-11 but the pool is freezing very shallow. Not really a pool for adults to swim in at all...and the hot tub? luke warm.

The covered parking wasn't very large and they had parking spots taken up by chairs and couches. Very tacky.

The staff was very welcoming and nice to interact with. The hot tub and pool were gross though. Cloudy pool and foamy hot tub. The toilet in our room overflowed after my daughter went pee! Plumbing issue? Also, despite this being newer construction, the carpet was detached from the tack strip and showed the frayed edge and the tile work in the shower was crazy! The corner tiles weren’t connected, visible gaps! I would not call this a 3.5 star; more like 2.5.

Super friendly staff in all areas of hotel/casino! Booked & prepaid for King Room & it was not available. Room was dirty & property is noisy.
