Smelly room Pros: Ocean and river view Cons: change the carpet Location: Loleta cheese factory, Old historical town, Avenue of Giants (huge redwood trees), Gem stone museum, Samoa cook house, Fortuna Everything was fine except the cleanness of the the hotel. It needs to be clean include carpet or the carpet needs to be replaced. When my husband and I walked in, the room had a horrible smell. So we request at the front desk, they said they will spray some kind of enzyme to neutralize smell.
Only stayed one night but enjoyed it thoroughly Pros: the bed, decor, staff, food, cleanliness Cons: the shower needs treads to keep you from slipping We arrived in the later afternoon and we were beat. The staff, the room, the food helped us to feel welcomed and get a good night's sleep.
Casino hotel The room was very large and comfortable. Great bed and shower. Good food too.
Nice Place Pros: Played a little in the casino. Cons: Expand non smoking casino area. Location: Traveled down the coast from Seattle to San Francisco. Glad we picked a spot further down the road from Eureka since that town looked nasty. Stayed one evening at this hotel. Had dinner in hotel and wouldn't recommend the rib eye as it was not good and expensive.
Overnight stay on the way to Seattle via Hwy 101 Nice stop over from San Jose to Seattle! Great facility and the casino was a bonus for some entertainment before going to bed.
WONDERFUL!!! Pros: Everything Location: So happy with the hotel, restaurant and casino, we didn't leave. We stayed at the Bear River Casino on the 2nd night of our vacation. The night before we left we got little sleep. Our 1st night was in Portland and we had the noisiest room I have ever been in. No sleep at all!!! We were so happy with our room at Bear River Casino. Go Bear River We were pleasantly surprised with the facility. Food was great and the casino staff were very helpful.
We had stayed here before and it was nice. For an over night stay it wasn't bad. The room we had was not the quietest right next to Ac generator. Not happy about that.
Great It was a great stay and very relaxing. I recommend to stay if you are looking for a good time.
