We ordered two bikes, upgraded and paid $200 extra on each bike last December 2025 and have not received the bikes or refund as requested. That is $400 that we have lost out on. He should return the money, but he is living off of our money. This is not a legitimate program through Bear Trail bikes. do not order or you will be in the same predicament as thousands of others. I would give them great reviews if they were legitimate and I had my 2 bikes in hand.
The owner has closed all storefronts, disconnected phone lines, and stopped answering email. Do not waste your money on this scam.
