STAY AWAY! From what I can tell this was originally not a scam but seems to have possibly turned into one…. Do your research! Still waiting and we ordered the bikes last week in December.. go on here and see that people after us have been getting the bikes…. Reviews say it’s not a scam but I am starting to worry that it might be. Try to call the number multiple times and get sent to voicemail not even a company voicemail but one for some individual.

I do not recommend beer bike trails because they do not fulfill your order in a timely manner. I placed an order for a bike back in December and I have yet to receive it. I was given a few updated emails in February and March but I never received any other information on the status of my order. I sent multiple emails and called the number provided on the website and left multiple messages. There is still no response. This company is a major scam! terrible customer service. order in December was told I'd have my bike by then of april... now conveniently... they don't respond! joke business!

I have been waiting for my bike sense December 18th 2025. no communication no emails no phone that works. I'm beyond mad. SCAM
They take your money and then turn off their phone lines, they haven’t answered an email in over a month and I send 2 a week. I paid the money February 3rd and it’s been radio silence besides one email from them. Don’t get scammed.
They are a scam. I placed an order and never got a bike. Their phone number changed and they no longer reply to my emails
