6 months after ordering and all I get is stories and fairy tales. Looks like they took money from a lot of people without any intention of delivering any bikes. Guaranteed this place just disappears one day never to be heard from again. Don’t recommend. Seems a lot of people were swindled out of their money by this company.
They do not respond to emails when asking about the status of orders or asking to cancel an order…. Beware.
Scam alert, these guys are 100% a scam. Do not do business with them. They will take your money and then never give you a bike.
We have had nothing but a negative experience with Bear Trail Bikes. When we discovered the rebate for the "free" e-bike in late 2025, we, like so many others took advantage of it. We opted, however, for the upgraded option, the "Bronco". We paid extra as the base model did not include the features we liked. The bike was a gift for our son for Christmas 2025, with the understanding that the bike was going to arrive early 2026.
