RecommendedAs a licensed residential builder I can tell you what I look for in a company. Do they return calls promptly? (Beauchamp did) Did they arrive on time? (technician called & arrived early) Was the technician someone you would want in your house? (Beauchamps tech was uniformed & clean) Did the technician respect the customers house? My wife and I knew that our softener was at the end of its life , being 18 years old, and just not able to keep up anymore, and also knowing how businesses operate, and knowing that they will tell you that you need the biggest system they have, and that you need every bell and whistle that comes with it, but not Scott, he sold us exactly what we needed for the water that we have, and the system didn’t come with any bell or whistle.
