Went there for the first time this past Saturday to pick up softner salt and had a great experience! Very friendly staff and they even helped me load after I purchased! We will be returning for our salt needs in the future!

We updated the system in both of our houses - they are very professional, reliable, friendly and fast. Answered all of my many questions. With having two houses to update, they were here for many hours. No complaints, just got the jobs completed!
I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Beauchamp. We used the Waterford location. We had another company service our water system for over 4 years and I felt it just wasn't 'right'. I decided to call Beauchamp for a water test and to get a second opinion. From the first call, through the salesman and the install, the service was above and beyond. Service and water testing. Was referred to Beauchamp Water Solutions by the Inside-Outside Guys radio program hosts, on 760 am WJR radio. Representative Ray McConnel and assistant came to our house, diagnosed our issue with water odor and did a thorough testing of our water and softener system. We were provided a remedy which did not involve new water treatment equipment or cost. very friendly service and honest people. after one company tried to sell me a whole new water softener system, Beauchamp simply repaired the broken float in my brine tank and recommended an iron filter to cure our smelling water issues.
