RecommendedBeauchamp has a customer for life. We bought our new system from them 3 years ago. We had intermittent issues with it from the start. It would fail every 1-3 months. They would get it set up and after 1-10 tank uses it would stop. Needless to say it was quite frustrating. I want to thank Sam and Scott for their attention to our water problem. Went there for the first time this past Saturday to pick up softner salt and had a great experience! Very friendly staff and they even helped me load after I purchased! We will be returning for our salt needs in the future!
We updated the system in both of our houses - they are very professional, reliable, friendly and fast. Answered all of my many questions. With having two houses to update, they were here for many hours. No complaints, just got the jobs completed!
I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Beauchamp. We used the Waterford location. We had another company service our water system for over 4 years and I felt it just wasn't 'right'. I decided to call Beauchamp for a water test and to get a second opinion. From the first call, through the salesman and the install, the service was above and beyond.
