I had an old crappy reverse osmosis system and didn't know what to do with it. Beauchamp came in and replaced everything with a much easier product. I love my water now!
I had a system quit working and started leaking over Holiday weekend. Called on Tuesday and had a new system by 5:00 pm. Jimmy was Great! Very neat, great problem solver and explained everything!
As a licensed residential builder I can tell you what I look for in a company. Do they return calls promptly? (Beauchamp did) Did they arrive on time? (technician called & arrived early) Was the technician someone you would want in your house? (Beauchamps tech was uniformed & clean) Did the technician respect the customers house? (wiped his feet every time and took great care when removing the old softener equipment) Did the technician clean up when done? Had Scott out on Monday. My wife and I knew that our softener was at the end of its life , being 18 years old, and just not able to keep up anymore, and also knowing how businesses operate, and knowing that they will tell you that you need the biggest system they have, and that you need every bell and whistle that comes with it, but not Scott, he sold us exactly what we needed for the water that we have, and the system didn’t come with any bell or whistle.
