I had a great experience at Bel Furniture! Jesus, the sales associate, assisted me and my family, and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all our questions and helped us find exactly what we needed without feeling rushed. Just had to share our amazing experience at Bel's Furniture! We worked with Jesus Munoz, and let me tell you--he is hands down one of the best salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He patiently listened to everything we wanted, helped us find the perfect new bed set, and even tracked down a gorgeous dining table that completed the look. Let's face it...it can be hard finding the right furniture for your home. Will it match the carpet? Is it too big? Is it too small? Does it go with the other furniture in the room? I'm very picky when it comes to buying furnishings for my home. My home is personal to me, as it should be! So when we were looking for a new chaise lounge I knew I had a lot to consider. Warning: Do Not Buy from Bel Furniture in Del Rio! We bought a bed from Bel Furniture, and they sent the WRONG one. When we called to fix the issue, they never took responsibility or even apologized. They promised to send the correct one the next Monday, but guess what? Canceled. Why? Because it was "out of stock." Now, TWO WEEKS LATER, we were told it would finally be delivered--only to be canceled AGAIN with no explanation. The worst part? They claim the order was changed in their system, but by WHO? Not us! Make sure to take a picture of the ad of what you order because they will scam you and say a piece was only a temporary offering. Also Jared is a scammer. Cheap furniture though good for military

Paid for a living room set on dec 2. U get free delivery. Was supposed to get it jan 18. They then told me i would get it feb 2 . Nothing. Called to see about my order and was told truck only comes to del rio on mondays. Today is tues. They didnt know what happened. Tired of waiting.am now trying to get my money back. Cannot recommend. Spend ur money somewhere else.
